Kia Forte, Small sedan the safest in the U.S.
Kia prestige in the United States continues to shine. In addition to its sales continue to rise, one of their products, Forte, succeeded predicate safest car according to Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), the United States.
Kia Forte also received the Top Safety Pick 2010 to the small car category (in America) from the IIHS crash tests. The test results are evaluated based on various corners of collisions and blows suffered by the driver’s seat dummy.
Apparently, Forte get the best value on the front, side, rear, and rolled the car safety test. This car was fitted with various security tools, among others, electronic stability program, antilock brake system (ABS), brake assist (BAS), electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS ), and monitors the tire pressure or tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
There are also additional passive safety devices, namely the front air bag, in the glass (curtain airbags), and buffer the active head.

Forte is the third model which Kia is marketed in the U.S. after Sedona minivan (2006) and Soul (2010).
